SECTION 15
STAFF
15(1)
[Engaged under Public Service Act]
15(2)
[Statutory Agency]
(a) the CEO and the APS employees assisting the CEO together consitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b) the CEO is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
The staff required for the purposes of this Act shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .
