CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION ACT 1985 (REPEALED)

SECTION 3B  

3B   AUTHORISED OFFICERS  
The CEO may, in writing, authorise an officer of Customs to perform or exercise the functions or powers of an authorised officer under a particular provision of this Act.
