CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION ACT 1985 (REPEALED)

SECTION 7  

7   EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE OFFICIAL DUTIES  
The CEO shall not, without the approval of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of CEO.
