CASE STATED TO FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA
Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) ``The Supreme Court in which an appeal is instituted in accordance with section 34,'' and substituting ``A Supreme Court hearing an appeal under this Part''.
