SECTION 93ZC   DAA MAY REQUEST PERSON TO GIVE INFORMATION OR PRODUCE DOCUMENTS ETC.  

93ZC(1)   Making of request.  

For the purposes of this Chapter, the DAA may, by written notice given to a person who has made an application or who is a certificate holder, request the person:

(a) to give information to the DAA within the time and in the manner specified in the notice; or

(b) to produce documents to the DAA within the time and in the manner specified in the notice; or

(c) to give certified copies of documents to the DAA within the time and in the manner specified in the notice.

93ZC(2)   Contravention not an offence.  

It is not an offence to contravene the notice.
