SECTION 377 NEW TRUSTEE TO NOTIFY APPOINTMENT TO MEMBERS
377(1)
If a body corporate becomes the trustee of the Part

entity under this Division, the body corporate must, as soon as practicable, give each member of the entity a notice about the appointment.
377(2)
The notice is to be in a form approved by ASIC.

The body corporate must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene this section.
Penalty: 250 penalty units.
377(3A)
Subsection (3) is an offence of strict liability.
