Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 (Repealed)
If the Tribunal thinks that:
(a) a complainant wishes to make a complaint; and
(b) the complainant needs help to make the complaint or to put it in writing;
the Tribunal must take reasonable steps to help the complainant.
