SECTION 29  

29   CONFERENCES MAY BE CONDUCTED BY TELEPHONE OR OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION  
The Tribunal may determine that a conciliation conference is to be conducted by:

(a) telephone; or

(b) closed-circuit television; or

(c) any other means of communication.
