SECTION 50   REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES  

50(1)   [Determination by Remuneration Tribunal]  

Subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 , the Tribunal Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are respectively to be paid:

(a) such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

(b) such allowances as are prescribed.

50(2)   [Prescribed remuneration]  

If there is no determination in force, the Tribunal Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are respectively to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
