SECTION 56   REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES  

56(1)   [Determination by Remuneration Tribunal]  

Each Tribunal member, other than the Tribunal Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, who together with either or both of those persons, constitutes the Tribunal in relation to a complaint, is to be paid, in respect of performing functions in respect of that complaint, such fees and allowances as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

56(2)   [Prescribed fees and allowances]  

If no determination is in force, the Tribunal members are to be paid such fees and allowances as are prescribed.

56(3)   [Remuneration Tribunal Act]  

This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
