Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 (Repealed)
Each Tribunal member, other than the Tribunal Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, who together with either or both of those persons, constitutes the Tribunal in relation to a complaint, is to be paid, in respect of performing functions in respect of that complaint, such fees and allowances as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
If no determination is in force, the Tribunal members are to be paid such fees and allowances as are prescribed.
56(3) [Remuneration Tribunal Act]This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
