The person ' s lower range reduction is an amount equal to 50% of the part of the person ' s ordinary income excess that does not exceed $183. CLAUSE NUMBER=1068B-D31 Upper range reduction

The person ' s upper range reduction is an amount equal to 70% of the part (if any) of the person ' s ordinary income excess that exceeds $183.
