SCHEDULE 1 - SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991  

PART 1 - AMENDMENTS RELATING TO FAMILY ALLOWANCE  

1   Paragraph 5(14)(b)  
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) the social security rate is the Part A rate of family tax benefit for which a person would be eligible (in respect of the young person) if the young person were not a prescribed student child.
