205C(1)
The Master of every coasting ship shall load and discharge excisable goods subject to the control of the Customs at a port only, and, except with the permission of the Collector, only on the working days and during the working hours which are prescribed for the purposes of section 28 of the
Customs Act 1901

In this regulation:
master
means the person in charge or command of a ship.
port
means a port that is a proclaimed port for the purpose of the
Customs Act 1901
