For section
16
of the Act, the sum in which security is to be given by an applicant for a licence to manufacture beer manufactured for commercial purposes is the amount specified in the second column of the following table in relation to the quantity of beer, specified in the first column of that table that the holder of the licence is authorized to manufacture in a year:
