REGULATION 59 (Superseded (Enabling Act was repealed by 74 of 2006))   SAMPLES MAY BE TAKEN FOR ANALYSIS  

59(1)    
A methylator must, if required by the Collector:

(a) take samples of methylated spirits made by the methylator ; and

(b) submit the samples for analysis to an analyst approved by the Collector.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.

59(2)    
An offence under subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
