Reg 63 repealed by SR No 303 of 2002, reg 3 and Sch 1 item 20, effective 4 December 2002. Reg 63 formerly read:

PENALTY  
63
Any person guilty of any breach of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence, and shall, where no higher penalty is provided for by the Act be punishable on conviction by a penalty not exceeding 1 penalty unit.

Reg 63 amended by SR No 83 of 2001, reg 5 and Sch 3 item 18, by substituting ``1 penalty unit'' for ``Twenty dollars'', effective 4 May 2001.
