NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Taxation Ruling IT 298 is no longer current and is therefore withdrawn.

The Ruling is solely about the deductibility of a special levy paid to the NSW Teachers Federation by members of the Federation in the 1982 and 1983 income years.
