Amendment 1 - Removal of Schedules 2 and 3 deductible gift recipients
The amendments remove Schedules 2 and 3 from the Treasury Laws Amendment (2018 Measures No. 5) Bill 2018. These amendments were included in Treasury Laws Amendment (2018 Measures No. 4) Bill 2018 (TLAB 4 2018) by a Senate Parliamentary Amendment and TLAB 4 2018 has passed both Houses of Parliament.
