SECTION 209G  

209G   STATUS OF GOODS SEIZED IF NO APPLICATION FOR RETURN IS MADE  

If:

(a) a seizure notice has been served; and

(b) at the end of 30 days after the day on which the notice was served, no application has been made for return of the goods;

the goods are condemned as forfeited to the Crown.
