S 185LDA inserted by No 118 of 2018, s 3 and Sch 2 item 30, applicable in relation to: (a) to the extent that section relates to subsection 185LD(1) or (2) of that Act - money received on or after 27 June 2019; and (b) to the extent that section relates to subsection 185LD(2A) of that Act - money paid out of the account on or after 27 June 2019.
