SECTION 130C   NOTICE OF APPLICATION  

130C(1)    
If an application is made to the Tribunal for the review of a reviewable decision, the Tribunal must cause a copy of the application and, if applicable, a copy of the statement lodged with the application, to be given to the Treasurer.

130C(2)    
If an application is made to the Tribunal for the review of a reviewable decision and an agency in the national intelligence community provided advice to the Treasurer in relation to the decision to which the application relates, the Treasurer must cause a copy of the documents mentioned in subsection (1) to be given to the agency.

This section has effect despite section 29AC of the AAT Act.
