SECTION 130ZV  

130ZV   CIVIL PENALTY FOR FAILING TO GIVE NOTICE TO REGISTRAR  

A person contravenes this section if:

(a)    the person is required to give a register notice to the Registrar before a particular time (the notice time ); and

(b)    the person does not comply with the requirement.

Civil penalty: 250 penalty units.
