SECTION 85A  

85A   TAKING ACTION WHILE PROHIBITED BY THIS ACT  

A person commits an offence if:

(a)    the person takes an action; and

(b)    the action is taken when prohibited by paragraph 79A(3)(b) or subsection 79A(4) .

Penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years, or 15,000 penalty units, or both.
