SECTION 1237 POWER OF FUTURES ORGANISATION TO MAKE ADVANCES TO FUND 1237(1) [Money may be advanced to fidelity fund] A futures organisation may, from its general funds, give or advance, on such terms as the board of the futures organisation thinks fit, any sums of money to its fidelity fund. 1237(2) [Repayment to general funds] Money that is advanced under subsection (1) may at any time be repaid from the fidelity fund to the general funds of the futures organisation.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
