SECTION 1279 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS AUDITOR OR LIQUIDATOR 1279(1) (Natural person may apply) A natural person may make an application to the Commission: (a) for registration as an auditor; (b) for registration as a liquidator; or (c) for registration as a liquidator of a specified body corporate, being a body corporate that is to be wound up under this Law. 1279(2) [Form of application] An application under this section shall be made in writing as prescribed and shall contain such information as is prescribed. 1279(3) [Transitional] An application that was duly made to the NCSC, before the commencement of this section, under a previous law of this jurisdiction corresponding to subsection (1), and that the NCSC had not dealt with before that commencement, is taken to be an application duly made to the Commission under this section.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
