SECTION 1351 FEES PAYABLE

1351 Subject to this Part, where:

(a) the regulations prescribe a fee for a chargeable matter; and

(b) the fee is imposed by a provision of an Act of this jurisdiction;

the fee must be paid to the Commonwealth for that matter.
