SECTION 249CA CALLING OF MEETINGS OF MEMBERS OF A LISTED COMPANY BY A DIRECTOR

249CA(1) [Director]

A director may call a meeting of the company's members.

249CA(2) [Application of section]

This section applies only to a company that is:

(a) incorporated in Australia; and

(b) included in an official list of the Exchange.

249CA(3) [Constitution]

This section applies despite anything in the company's constitution.
