DONE UNDER CORRESPONDING LAWS 58A(1) [The Commission] A reference to an act done by or in relation to the Commission is a reference to such an act done under or for the purposes of the Corporations Law of this or any other jurisdiction. 58A(2) [A court] A reference to an act done by or in relation to a court is a reference to such an act done under or for the purposes of the Corporations Law of this or any other jurisdiction.
