SECTION 84 OWN ACCOUNT DEALINGS AND TRANSACTIONS: SECURITIES 84 A person deals in, or enters into a transaction of sale or purchase of, securities on the person's own account if, and only if, the person deals in the securities, or enters into the transaction, as principal or on behalf of: (a) in any case - an associate of the person; (b) in any case - a body corporate in which the person has a controlling interest; or (c) if the person carries on a securities business in partnership - a body corporate in which the person's interest and the interests of the other partners together constitute a controlling interest.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
