SECTION 875 INTERIM ORDER FREEZING BANK ACCOUNTS 875(1) [Court may grant interim order] Before considering an application under section 874, the Court may, if it considers it desirable to do so, grant an interim order that is an order of the kind applied for and is expressed to apply until the application is determined. 875(2) [Undertaking as to damages] The Court shall not require the Commission or any other person, as a condition of granting an order under subsection (1), to give an undertaking as to damages.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
