PART 6 - REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION DECLARATIONS  

SECTION 46   REVOCATION ON APPLICATION BY PDF  

46(1)   [Application by PDF]  

A PDF may apply in writing to the Board to have its registration declaration revoked.

46(2)   [Notice to shareholders]  

The PDF must notify each of its shareholders, in writing, that it has made the application.

46(3)   [Revocation by Board]  

The Board must revoke the registration declaration as soon as practicable after receiving the application.
