OFFENCES

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
51(1)
A person who contravenes subsection 36(3) commits an offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
51(2)
A person who contravenes subsection 43(4) commits an offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
51(3)
Subsection (1) or (2) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
