SECTION 56
REVIEW OF DECISIONS BY ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW TRIBUNAL
56(1)
Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision of the Board that has been confirmed or varied under section 55 .
56(2)
An application may only be made by the person affected by the decision.
