PART 23 - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CERTAIN FUNDS

SECTION 230   MINISTER MAY REQUEST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

230(1)   [ Additional information may be requested]  

The Minister may request a trustee of the fund to give such additional information as the Minister considers necessary to enable the application to be determined.

230(2)   [ Minister's power to delegate]  

The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate the Minister's power under subsection (1) to an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department.

230(3)   [ Minister's directions to delegate]  

In exercising a power delegated under subsection (2), a delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
