14   Minister ' s rules result  

(1)    
The Minister ' s rules result is the result prescribed by, or worked out by a method prescribed by, the Minister ' s rules.

(2)    
The Minister ' s rules result applies to an individual for a CCS fortnight, in relation to:

(a)    a particular child - if a circumstance prescribed by the rules exists and the application of the rules in the circumstance is limited to the particular child; and

(b)    any child - if a circumstance prescribed by the rules exists and the application of the rules in the circumstance is not limited to a particular child.

(3)    
Minister ' s rules made for the purposes of subclause (2) may prescribe circumstances in relation to any or all of the following:

(a)    individuals;

(b)    individuals ' partners;

(c)    children.
