If: (a) a person is given a Product Disclosure Statement (the PDS ); and (b) at the same time, or later, they are given a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (the SPDS ) that supplements the PDS;
the PDS is taken, from when the SPDS is given to the person, to include the information and statements contained in the SPDS.
