FINANCIAL SERVICES DISCLOSURE DOES NOT APPLY TO OPERATING THE BUSINESS AND CONDUCTING THE AFFAIRS OF CCIVs
Part 7.7 does not apply to a financial service if: (a) the financial service consists only of operating the business and conducting the affairs of a CCIV; and (b) the financial service is provided by the corporate director of the CCIV.
