ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SIMPLIFIED LIQUIDATION
The amendment of paragraph 500AA(1)(g) by the amending Schedule applies to a company if a triggering event occurs in relation to the company before, on or after the commencement of that Schedule.
