Note: This Part applies to a sub-fund of a CCIV in a modified form: see Division 5 of Part 8B.6 .
Subject to section 490 , a company may be wound up voluntarily if the company so resolves by special resolution.

A company must: (a) within 7 days after the passing of a resolution for voluntary winding up, lodge with the Registrar a notice setting out the text of the resolution; and (b) within the period ascertained in accordance with the regulations, cause a notice setting out the prescribed information about the resolution to be published in the prescribed manner.

A lodgement under paragraph (2)(a) must meet any requirements of the data standards.
