SECTION 601BR   FIRST AGM  

601BR(1)   [ Time limit]  

Despite subsection 250N(1), a public company registered under this Part must hold its first AGM after registration in the calendar year of its registration.

601BR(2)   [ Strict liability offence]  

An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
