SECTION 889C   THE SEGC TO KEEP THE NGF  

889C(1)   [ Administration of NGF]  

The SEGC must keep and administer the NGF.

889C(2)   [ NGF assets]  

The assets of the NGF are the property of SEGC, but must be kept separate from all other property and must be held on trust by the SEGC for the purposes of this Division.
