6   Paragraphs 24(3)(n) and (o)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(n) in the case of the year 2002 - $5,287,000; and

(o) in the case of the year 2003 - $5,287,000; and

(p) in the case of the year 2004 - $5,287,000.
