Division 2 - Interstate forfeiture orders  

SECTION 312   Cancellation of registration  

312(1)    
The registration of an * interstate forfeiture order in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be cancelled by the Supreme Court or a prescribed officer of the Supreme Court if:

(a) the registration was improperly obtained; or

(b) particulars of any amendments made to:

(i) the interstate forfeiture order; or

(ii) any ancillary orders or directions made by a court;

are not communicated to the Supreme Court in accordance with the requirements of the rules of the Supreme Court.

312(2)    
The registration of an * interstate forfeiture order in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be cancelled by the Supreme Court to the extent that the order is not capable of enforcement in the Territory.
