Amendments made by Schedule 2 to the
Crimes and Other Legislation Amendment (Omnibus No. 1) Act 2024
The amendments made by Schedule 2 to the Crimes and Other Legislation Amendment (Omnibus No. 1) Act 2024 apply in relation to a notice given under clause 12 of Schedule 1 to this Act on or after the commencement of this clause: (a) whether currency, property or a thing to which the notice relates was acquired before, on or after that commencement; and (b) whether conduct or a crime to which the notice relates happened before, on or after that commencement.
