What this Part is about
Grants are payable under this Part to higher education providers that meet certain requirements. These grants are paid in relation to Commonwealth supported places. Grants are subject to several conditions relating to the provision of Commonwealth supported places and other matters. Amounts of grants may be reduced, or some or all of a grant may be repayable if a condition is breached (see Part 2-5 ).
