194   Subsection 243A(1) (paragraph (c) of the definition of trustee in bankruptcy )

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(c) in relation to a personal insolvency agreement under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 - the trustee of the agreement; or
