77   Section 2 (definition of excluded fee )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

excluded fee means an amount of a kind referred to in paragraph 91(1)(c), subsection 93(5), paragraph 96(1)(c), subsection 150(4) or paragraph 153(1)(c) of theOffshore Petroleum Act 2006.
