declaration of contravention, the court may make an order requiring the private health insurer specified in the declaration to do either or both of the following: (a) disclose in a way, and to the person or persons, specified in the order, the information specified in the notice to correct or counter the effect of the contravention; (b) publish, in the way specified in the order, an advertisement to correct or counter the effect of the contravention in the terms specified in, or determined in accordance with, the order.203-20(2)
The order may be enforced as if it were a judgment of the court.
