Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993

150   Section 327 (definition of modifiable provision )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

modifiable provision means any of the following:

(a) a provision of Part 2A, 2B or 3;

(aa) section 35C (except so far as it applies in relation to self-managed superannuation funds);

(b) section 36;

(c) section 54;

(d) subsection 63(7B), (7C) or (7D);

(e) a provision of Part 9;

(g) a provision of Part 19 or 24;

(h) a provision of any regulations made for the purposes of a provision referred to in paragraphs (a) to (g).
