OPERATOR OF AFCA SCHEME MAY GIVE INFORMATION TO ASIC
The operator of the AFCA scheme may give information to ASIC about:
(a) a person becoming a member of the scheme; or
(b) a person ceasing to be a member of the scheme.
The operator of the AFCA scheme may give information to ASIC about:
(a) a person becoming a member of the scheme; or
(b) a person ceasing to be a member of the scheme.
